Minister of Religion Visa (Tier 2)

If you meet the following conditions, you can apply for the Minister of Religion Visa (Tier 2):

• You have obtained a job in a religious organization in the UK.
• For example, as a Minister of Religion, a missionary or a member of a religious organization order, and meet other conditions.
• The visa is valid for a maximum of three years and one month after it is granted.
• As part of the UK’s new immigration adjustments after the end of free movement between the UK and the EU, the T2 Minister of Religion Visa has replaced the Tier 2 Minister of Religion Visa.

Eligibility Requirements

• you will need to have a certificate of sponsorship for the job you have been offered.
• you will need to prove your knowledge of the English Language.
• You have enough money to maintain yourself without relying on government assistance.
• you need to show your travel history over the last 5 years.
• Tuberculosis test results if you are needed.

Sportsperson Visa (Tier 2)

If you meet all of the following conditions, you can apply for a sportsperson visa (Tier 2):

• Your sports management agency has approved your application because you are an elite athlete or coach qualified and recognized by your sports management agency as your career at international level.
• Your sports management agency has approved your application because your work will allow your sports to develop at the highest level of sports in the UK.
• Your application is endorsed by your sport’s governing body.
